Cannot be achieved. Many rural areas dont have toilets, worst still many communities in this country dont have access to water. But good development anyways. Anything that increases the quality of life of nigerians is welcomed.

Guy go and do your research and stop thinking your house is the whole of Lagos .. Most Lagosian use 4 liter paint buckets to poo and wash it off into ground water , many use polythene bags which dey tie up and throw in refuse dumps and many still look for open land to dig a small temporary out to poo and they close it , many close to the Lagoon straight up poo in it and many still use squat and pit laterines that are basically advanced dug out ... I stay in Lekki phase one and I know how much poo I come across in the roads when i step out to jog in the morning .

How is this going to be possible. Im on journey. I get to Lagos - Ibadan expressway. RCCG is holding crusade that has created traffic lockdown. I have been eating egg, groundnut plus gala as lunch after taking ewa agonyin for breakfast. I need to off-load and someone will say that Baba signed Executive Order in 2019 to stop open defecation....

our dear president should know that his people are the ones most guilty about the act,if you pass through enugu/pH express way and reached gariki at lokpa were they have a big cattle market,you will begin to wonder what type of people are these,all their shit and refuse are pilled on the median and centre divide of the so called express way,also note that the market masters collect #5,000 naira for every cattle purchased but can't organise a decent refuse ,public lavatory, and borehole ,there's no mystery were the problems of Nigeria is because if this type of people are the ones acutally running the country then it is no mystery at all the problem with Nigeria,a country must first develop from the mental attitude and positive phychology of her people,if not then that country is dead as a dodo!!

Nothing, given Buhari's unshakeable faith in the "command and control" style of government he learned in the army. Anything coming from him is bound to end up on the gigantic trash-heap of failed Nigerian policies.

The only lasting legacy of Buhari's 8 years in office will be the opportunity-cost they represent in terms of lost economic growth: even the infrastructure being currently built with huge amounts of borrowed Chinese money will end up soon enough in the usual decrepit state of everything else run by the FG, thanks to the financially unsustainable way in which they are already being operated (e.g. subsidized fares on the Abuja-Kaduna line). One can't expect anything else from a leader who is incapable of comprehending how important incentives are in economic (and political) matters.
