I think the school is wrong on several counts. Both individuals involved are adults. They both consented to the sex. Sex between consenting adults in Nigeria is NOT a crime neither is it a civil offense. This is a question of personal liberty and has nothing to do with University image.

The girl should get a good lawyer and sue the university for collecting school fees etc from her and then summarily illegally terminating her studentship. The school should refund all her fees and pay damages for the poor girl's time that has been wasted.

All of you and the University condemning the girl for having sex are hypocrites; many of you do worse than that. let it be on record that a school, which is suppose to be the kitchen where improved thinking is prepared for the society, expelled a grown student because she had sex in front of the camera for her own personal desire and for the optimization of the sexual experience she is entitled to as a result of her being human, and a grown human at that!
