Brands have had to cancel endorsments on actions carried out by celebrities not even related to their brand. If she was forced or recorded without her consent this is where i would have faulted the school for expelling her. But since all the headlines seems to read "babcock student" it is in the best interest of the school to do the needful to dissociate itself from such scandal.

If I owned that school, I would not only expel her but also sue her for soiling the image of an institution I toiled very hard to build....but if she were a student of another school (my competitor), I would publicly condemn the decision to expel her.

Inasmuch as I feel the school should have tempered justice with mercy, they are well in theIr rights to do what they seem right to protect the image of the university.

There is a conduct form each student signs that clearly states that as a student you wold not bring disrepute to the school and that you must obey all school rule.
