The Court of Appeal, Sokoto division has dismissed the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its Governorship candidate against the election of Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal as Governor of Sokoto state. The presiding Justice, Justice Hussaini Mukhtar said the appellants did not prove their case beyond any reasonable doubts. Details later……….! tommykiwi: Akuko!!! na today? that was how we were waiting for justice in Osun before the judiciary finally used unfair technicalities to deliver judgement instead of looking into the main case dont worry before ten months time when the final judgement would have been delivered other events would have overtaken it or we would have outrightly forgotten about the killing events of these elections.
