You know about 'Bobo Chicago' $460k forefeiture. How do you think he got the name.
TINUBU DIDN'T FORFEIT ANY MONEY... HE GOT THAT NAME CAUSE OF THE CREDENTIALS HE SUBMITTED WHEN HE WAS CONTESTING FOR GOVERNORSHIP ELECTIONS.... TINUBU WAS MOBIL INTERNATIONAL CHIEF ACCOUNTANT FOR MANY YEARS. IF YOU ARE DOUBTING, GOOGLE IS NOT YOUR ENEMY... IRE O.

Ok.

According to you, he was never charged, arraigned or convicted for any crime. Fair enough.

And you are also saying on record that you know absolutely nothing about asset forfeiture concerning him, right?

OK.
[/s]

Was I talking about forfeiture when you quoted me?

Why is reading and comprehension such a huge challenge for you people?

Are you dumb or just paying dumb?

I said the man was never charged with any crime, he was never convicted pr arraigned in any court of law, but this one is shouting forfeiture all over the place?

If forfeiture is your problem, go and start your own topic or ask other people about forfeiture, I made my claim so if you have your own facts to dispute my claim that he was never charged with any crime and was never arraigned or convicted in any court of law, show it or stop quoting me.

People like Sagay should not be taken serious because he has lost touch with reality. Sagay is a political prostitute.

Look at he court order for the 460k forefeiture. America has public records for forfeitures by courts for heroin trafficking.

For someone who claims to be a SAN, this Sagay man sounds really really dumb! What has all these ranting about Tinubu being rich got to do with the bullion van allegation? How did this man become a SAN in the first placehuh

He's a SAN not only because he's familiar with the laws of Nigeria, but also because he's aware that banks using BV to transport valuables to and from their customers is not a crime and no crime was committed, but you are free to educate the SAN per what crime was committed and the part of the Nigerian constitution that says banks can not transport valuables to their customers with BV.

The SAN is not dumb, but the people ranting against him are dumb

Listen my friend, his client was being accused of a crime, the simple thing to do would've been for him to provide hard evidence that no crime was committed. Instead he started making the silly argument of how Tinubu was a man of means. As being "a man of means" inoculates one from being a corrupt criminal. BS upon BS!

Striking out the words in my post doesn't change anything. My words are still there and can still be read by all so what's the point? undecided

The name calling and derogatory references show quite clearly that you are losing the argument. You need to stop the violence. wink

Clear the smoke oozing out your ears and nostrils and re-read what I wrote. Slowly. This matter will be settled by logic and reason - not hormonally driven, emotional outbursts.

My point is simple. I accepted (for now) your assertion that your principal was never charged, arraigned or convicted for any crimes by a foreign country. You also denied knowledge of any forfeiture of assets by your principal to the authorities of a foreign country. I pressed you on this matter of forfeiture and you maintained your position. QED. grin So where is the anger coming from?

Save your strength - you're going to need it. Cognitive dissonance really does wreak havoc on the mind and the body and that's exactly what's happening here - your fierce defence of an ethically challenged principal - a man with a huge moral deficit - is proving too hard for you to do.

Just confirm whether that docket (in which your principal is referred to as 'the defendant') put up by another poster is real or fake.

I have yielded the floor. No further questions for now.

You only defend yourself against real crimes and credible allegations, not made up social media nonsense.

No crime was committed, you yourself can not list the crimes he committed, but you want him to defend Tinubu based on a crime that doesn't exist?

Do you people really think Tinubu or other people have time to cater to all the rubbish you come up with on social media?

If you really are smart and know the law better than the SAN, why is it so difficult for you to spell out the specific crime committed here based on the Nigerian constitution.

You are a broken man.

Unlike the other thread, this time you decided to stay and fight. But the outcome hasn't changed.

Your MO on this thread is the same as the other one (that is, before you fled that thread). Deflect, deflect and deflect some more - in the vain hope that you can divert attention from the substantive issues. That won't work here. The truth has made us free indeed.

My work here is done. Anyone who wants to can check the plainsite pages and draw their own conclusions. Or is the plainsite website fake, sir?
