My friend and I were discussing yesterday and he made mention of cocoa farm RENTAGE business asking if I know anything about it?? But truly I never knew someone can actually rent a farm for a price Na Im I say make I ask my fellow NL farmers if anyone knows what it takes to rent a COCOA farm and how much is involve. Also want to know the pros and possible cons of this pattern of business. Thanks in advance as we all learn together.

It is true....I'm in discussions with my bro would help me with starting cocoa farm .while he was listing the advantages I stand to get, he mentioned that I can rent it out. He equally said I could rent from others. I did not ask about the details because it's not what I intended. I starting my seedlings for a brand new farm

Wow this is a great topic. At least one can rent to get use to the practice and learning in deal time while also getting your own farm.
But renting will also require one to be on ground. Me self; city don taya me o. Am interested in renting a COACOA farm. Anyone with good info should help us out.

Yes is possible. In places like osun and ondo state. Dey alot to gain in cocoa farm has a lot of advantages because it is only cocoa u will get in cocoa farm. Dey things in it like banana, orange, kola nut, inside cocoa farm. When u rent a cocoa farm all of dis come with it. D price range from 100k to 300k depending on size of d farm.
