This is a very sad situation. The man has disenfranchised the woman for 9 years due to his faulty card reader. It was out of frustration that the woman resorted to manual accreditation and allowed under aged voters to be ''voting at her polling unit''. The woman was kind enough to have asked her husband to obtain an original PVC so that his card reader will function very well.. Now that they have gone to elction petition tribunal, INEC should intervene and let the two parties be proscribed since they have not won any election for 9 years. May be the woman may merge with the political parties she has been meeting secretly and win the presidency at the end.
