Hello Guys

We continue with our series cost of rent around in Nigeria, Today we look at Bayelsa state

Bayelsa is a state in southern Nigeria. It is in the Niger Delta region between Delta state and Rivers state. The capital of Bayelsa state is Yenagoa. Bayelsa state was created on October 1st, 1996 from Rivers State and its name was derived from the fist few letters of the names of the major local government areas; Brass LGA (BALGA), Yenagoa (YELGA) and Sagbama (SALGA). Hence BAYELSA was derived from the letters BA + YEL + SA. Bayelsa State has one of the largest crude oil and natural gas deposits in Nigeria. As a result, petroleum production is extensive in the state.

Believe those estimates at your own detriment. How can Akenfa come up twice with contradicting prize ranges?

It doesn't work that way, it's a function of the state's economy

AuwalYusuf812:
relocating to Bayelsa, Oga is ur hustle in that place or Na new life you won go seek for.
I can hustle anywhere bro, what I need is my PC, Internet and Traffic (you can even boost my traffic by just clicking on the link on my signature, thank you). But since there are no guarantees that I can always earn and my earnings are not fixed, I am always looking for ways to cut down on my cost of living, and a reduced rent could be one way. Recently I met a guy in Abuja who is from Niger state, and what he told me he pays for a two-bedroom apartment, is not up to half of some room and parlour self-contain.
