Nairalanders my brother has experienced a hole on his teeth we later found out that it's a cavity ofghe tooth and it requires dental fillings or treatment,how much does a dentist charge in Nigeria for a tooth treatment

Dentist's charge will depend on location(city) and whether it is a private or govt facility. Recently, someone was at a private dental clinic with the same complaint of hole in the tooth. The dentist took the x-ray of her entire teeth, did cleaning & polishing of all the teeth. After analysis of the x-ray he said the patient needed to do filling of one tooth and extraction of 4 different teeth. The bill came to about 200k.

I will collect ₦2000 to remove it (If the cavity pains and disturbs his sleep)

If it doesn't pain or disturb his sleep and he can chew with that part of the teeth.

Temporary feeling is ₦2000

Parmanent is ₦5000

Don't forget, you will clean your mouth before any of these.

₦1500 for Scaling and Polishing.
