The good thing is all those appointments are reversible.

What's the kicking about... your partyman is coming in soon. All he has to do is review the appointments/promotions, if persons involved didn't merit them, just send them back to wherever they came from. Finish.

Same thing Fayose did also. Why are these PDP-IGs leaders this wicked and childish? Intentionally creating an upset in the system before handing over. By the time the incoming government start retaliating, they will cry "witchhunt"

For the love of the state, efcc should pls pick that dickson as soon as he hands over. Nobody builds a nonviable cargo airport with100Billion when you can't pay civil servants, students and pentioners their wages. You can't drive in that town once it's 7pm, darkness everywhere.
