this is not about right or wrong.
its the law in zamfara state. it is LEGAL.
the governor needs to drop his agbero behavior, carry the state assembly and repeal the law. unless he is also holding out for his own pension in future.
anything outside of this is flagrant disregard for the law.
former governor is simply laying his paper trail for when he takes the zamafara state govt to court.
he will win, and the money can be garnished from source.
