The north has 57 senators and they need 73 senators to get a 2/3 majority to change the constitution to allow buhari to go for a third term. The north will need 16 senators to joins them to make the bill possible.

Now many of the 57 northern senators from plateau, Benue, Taraba, Adamawa, etc will not vote with the north.
