I passed that road and was in Ebonyi state recently. What Dave Umahi has done in a state that is supposedly Nigeria's poorest is proof that many other governors all over the country are full-scale thieves, preying on their state's resources.

I swear Lagos is a big joke and nothing is happening there. Without the private sector and others Lagos wouldn't be different from other cities and towns in the country.

Don't say south west but Lagos the only viable state in the region, the other states in the region are deadbeat and to even make it worse on your claim Lagos state is an amalgam of the whole country as a former capital.
