They make road construction look.like it is a big deal when clearly ebonyi has shown that with little you can achieve less...I heard the governor was in India planning to import electric tricycle to reduce carbon emission in the states..Tell me how many zoo governor has even thought of that....Did you know that the minute i entered ebonyi I didn't see one pothole, yes one was not seen with my eye till I got to my destination (maybe the route the driver chose was in impeccable condition)

I tell even Enugu has a better road network than the whole of Lagos mainland...Quote me anywhere..

Most Nigerian rulers are bereft of ideas.
What I don't understand is how this man is able to outperform Wike and Udom.
I went to Rivers and Akwa Ibom recently and I was so disappointed, I am not even mentioning Lagos. Lagos has no government at present, they could have let Ambode continue instead of the clown that is steering the affairs of Lagos now.

Let's be objective here. I can list some major projects.
The Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge. (This one is still a marvel)
The Lekki-Ajah highway (Alfa Beta is in charge here)
The Iyana-Iba - Iyana-Ipaja dual Express way
The Lagos-Badagry Express Way with railway (Although the federal government have stakes here too and the project is still ongoing)
The Amuwo - Ago dual Express way
The Alaba Suru - Badia dual express way
And so many numerous dualizations
He finished the Teslim Balogun stadium and reconstructed over 5 local stadia in Lagos.
He constructed several Lagos Housing Estates.
He also constructed some many General hospital and Children hospital.
I can't mention all others there are numerous bro.
I'm focused on the ones in my constituency in Amuwo-Odofin/Ojo, as well as the ones I know of on the Island.
And numerous local roads and street construction. Almost every major streets in lagos were tiled.
Fashola is a colossus, no hype bro.

I agree. Lagos is a big joke to be brutally honest. Apart from Surulere and Alausa the seat of government, no other part of the mainland has a good road network. Even Ikeja is largely a mess. Bad roads and traffic gridlock everywhere. Don't bother about the other areas (Oshodi/Isolo, the whole Alimoso LGA), etc.

It is only their cosmetic 'Island' that has a semblance of decency, but even that comes at a very very unreasonable cost.

Lagos is just too overrated.

There was a thread here about the proposed 2020 budget of Cross River State. I was shocked by the numbers of Akwa Ibomites who thought its necessary to ignore the bad case in their own state and rather make it look as if they have it all perfect there. One even suggested that neighbouring states should be annexed to them cos of the good performance of their governor.
They need to see this.
as for the traveling part and having little knowledge about Nigerian politics, I don't think you have any idea about me. So it's best to avoid those kinda talks.

Dave...in fact Elechi started the rural development by connecting all the whole communities with UNITY Bridges...so Dave started by connecting the entire communities with concrete asphalt roads that will last 50 years plus...in Ebonyi state we don't think like average Nigerian.
