I wonder why these multi billion projects don't exist in oil states who gets huge federal allocation from 13% derivation

That means no matter how much you steal, there is enough money remaining.

The state is actually rich. Their IGR is high.

Cancer hospital..... money that can be better spent. Why not on developing local cures for cancer? Western medicines manage cancer period....and only for a while.

I would have engaged you in a productive debate and attempt to make you see reasons why a cancer centre will have little multiplier effect compared to the developmental and rural targeted projects that billions of naira could otherwise be used for.
