Another night of dreams. Its Frankfurt, but even if we will 10-0, I will not be convinced.

It has to be Max Allegri. Though I am afraid of missing out on Arteta as I feel he has the potential of becoming the next best thing. But Allegri's record cannot be ignored.

He is a serial winner.
Plays with an extremely organised set up.
Can handle ego.
Can face Jose squarely now at Spurs.
Plays with a 3-5-2 system which perfectly suits our current set of players.
Can ressurect dead woods.
Can attract the best players.
Very economical when spending.
Well known for machining out close wins even in big games.
Mature. Very mature.
Can deal with fan's pressure.

I can go on.

Jose is now at Spurs, we can't make a mistake in our next manager. A derby with Spurs and Jose looks scary right now.

My head and heart goes for:

Nuno Espirito
Mauricio pochentino
Max Allegro
Mikel Arterta
Freddie Ljumberg

I already explained my reason for Nuno yesterday..
Pochentino..because he knows the league, has been in top4 in recent times with little budget, makes sensible business in windows and instils the never give up fearless spirit in his team

Allegro, to me is like an Italian Emery,(Emery even had trophies in Europe) they both cruised in a less competitive, one horse race league with all the financial backings, yet couldn't do something exceptional in Europe, but he is experienced and has a better CV than the next2 baby coach

Arterta, Dude is too raw, hasn't managed a team, money and pep does most things at city, Arterta looks too cool like a younger version of Wenger,We need a terrifying looking manager like Nuno cheesy I doubt he can handle the egoistic senior payers, however, he's played almost all his games in England, understands the league, must have learnt from Moyes,Wenger and Pep.

Ljumberg,Very similar to Arterta, hasn't managed any professional side, Arsenal shouldn't be an experimental/training ground, but he's a respected figure and can help the youngsters grow

After Pep, Zidane, etc are you still afraidvl of new managers? When its right it could be the biggest decision of the season.
Arteta has a very glowing profile already at City. He was favorite to replace Wenger, but couldn't reach an agreement with the board with respect to control. He could be the next best manager, I am warning.
Allegri has the best CV amongst all no doubt. In terms of profile, no one is anywhere near. Saying he is an Emery is a huge disrespect and sentimental reasoning.

My first Choice would be Allegri. I remember when he took on the AC milan Job and did a fantastic job with putting them back in shape thereby enhancing His managerial experience. He then went on to Juve to completely dominate the league over a 3 year period also qualifying from Group stages of the Champs league as well as one Final Appearance. If we are looking at the now solution with a target of 2 to 3 seasons, then MAX is my choice.

However, if we are looking long term with a view to total rebuilding, having a style and identity to be known for and developing from within to let everyone from the youth to female team embrace the playing culture, then I'd go for Mikel Arteta. He his under the tutelage of one of the best managers of this era who has won so much in 3 different leagues. He practically understands the philosophy of his Master who is indeed very successful. Plus he was a club captain and loved within the Club ranks as well as being a fan favorite. The only problem would be, Are we willing to give him time? Because being under tutelage is different from actually being the boss. Henry is a case in study who even after working with Martinez in the Belgian team which by the way is the Top ranked in the world did not have a first successful stint as manager.

All in all , Max would be my first choice while Arteta would be my second.

What is glowing about Arterta? Kompany can as well be Pep's assistance and they'd still be that good..
Arterta is a risk, a big one at that, We need to see him manage a professional side, Arsenal shouldn't be a stepping stone, let him go experiment at Southampton, he doesn't necessarily need to win trophies, let's just see the stuffs he's made of before we can conclude.

It is dicey, he could be very good, average or bad, little to nothing is to be said of him atm.

There is no assurance Emery win 5/6 of these games and this is based off what we have seen thus far. He may not even see out the 6 games if results from the first 3/4 don’t go accordingly.
I was worried this is what the board will do. Even though I would have loved to hear them say he is fired, I am glad they have reacted to the noise/ heat from the fans about Emery, rather than pretend everything is fine. I hope the fans continue to be open about the situation and stay away from games to force a decision.

Emery needs to go now, plain and simple!!!!!
Plan is going accordingly!! I called it... 2 down! Baba God answer my call!

Whoever watched this match and still think Guendouzi is good enough for arsenal is Just deceiving himself.

Emery shouldn't make it till Norwich game. If the board is a serious one, then Emery should've updated his LinkedIn profile Saying "open to new opportunities"

You are right bro. Arteta remains a huge gamble.

But what of Allegri, you think he is hyped. He won Series A with AC Milan and then five times with Juventus, add two CL finals and you can't call it a fluke.

you saw how the midfield + Xhaka played before Guen came in, u saw the drastic change after Guen.

Peeps watch games from who’s at fault point of view instead of taking a wholistic approach to these things.

Our “best midfielder” will start this weekend.
