Mr chidon,Please try to understand this in designing of building it is not adviceable to release floor plans to a prospective client without him/her commiting first, talkless of posting it in a public platform It is risky as any body can steal the architects concept but i dont no why most clients especially here on NL wont understand this, that is why several architects requested for private chats,.. Other drawings such as the 3D model and elevations can be shown but giving out the floor plan comes with an associated risk of "design theftry"

I posted a draft floor plan earlier but withheld dimensions(even if it is still very risky) , if truly you re serious its your chioce to communicate to me, but besides what i posted no Architect will want to post a plan here for you. Thanks

Most Architects on this platform are 'graphic designers'...they can design colourful houses but there's nothing inside. 'shoe box, no shoes in it'.

Post your floor plans and help market yourself 'publicly'..this issue of showing colourful graphic pictures is making architects look more like video game graphic designers. Floor plans show more creativity than all these pictures that flood this platform. Even a kid can carve out a mansion from cartons and scraps, there's nothing special about it. The difference between an architect and a kid with cartons and scissors is the floor plan..we can go on with exclamations but that's the truth.

that's d selling point, you see a fine house you like then you make contact with the architect and discuss for the floor plan or the complete drawings, floor plans are patent to the architect, if it's not done here in naija doesn't mean it isn't right, you can't go to the hospital and be attended to without getting a card.

Personally I don't look at 3D images because it shows nothing..and I see that's the reason graphic designers post it everywhere on this platform..i've received several amazing FLOOR PLANS from locals and foreigners and i've done business with a handful, and still looking for more trends..currently negotiating with a local. My principle is simple,NO FLOOR PLAN NO INTEREST. You can paint a building so it looks like mona lisa, but the plan may be a bird cage..i have seen many before..it just doesn't work for me.
