You mean it's their duty to strengthen the institutions? Are they in government?

undecided

waste of time. APC will still win in 2023.
All thanks in advance to our brothers from one particular region who refuse to admit that GEJ was a failure and never get over his loss in 2015 general elections, thus tagging Sowore as their enemy.
So sowore is your problem. I hope you know he's not coming out any time soon?

Those that ride on the back of the tiger will end up in it's belly.

The same shit that happened b4 2015 elections is about to take place. They will join PDP n other stupid parties and slightly change its name but still the same PDP agenda.
Nigerian is full of stupid people, instead of us to vote for unknown parties with less godfather so that they will be able to focus on Nigeria and not their pocket

“They have taken that step and it has been handed over to Pat Utomi, Oby Ezekwesili, Shehu Sani, Mohammed Fawehinmi, Prof. Kila and Issa Aremu. They have started consultations and it is still going on.

With the above names to battle the likes of Tinubu, buhari, Onu, El rufai, Orji Uzo kalu, Ngige, Fayemi, Osibanjo, Amechi, Akpabio, Fashiola, Dickson, Oshiomole etc. They are not yet serious.

PDP should forget power for another 16 years. They acted as cheap rogues during their days. I won't vote any party in alliance with PDP.
In this late 2019 is a shame that people like you are still available, 100% set to vote for or against political party in advance but not to vote for candidates,
When will you wise up?
Is true that Nigerians don't deserve pity.

Any new political realignment that has people like Pat Utomi, Oby Ezekwesili, Shehu Sani, etc. will not succeed. The reason is simple:
1. They are basically elitists and theorists who haven't done much in their local political environment. Since politics by its nature is LOCAL, they are already handicapped abinitio.
2. Again, democracy, is a POPULARITY contest in which all classes of people vote. Since most of these people are active on social media and conferences but don't have connection with the STREET via stomach infrastructure or community involvement, they are handicapped to kickstart a new political order.
3. Finally, since the victory of presidential or governorship candidate at the poll is the SUM TOTAL of efforts of political heavyweights at wards, LGAs, federal constituencies and senatorial zones, the effort of some eggheads meeting in Abuja would achieve little.

The only way to enthrone a NEW POLITICAL ORDER in Nigeria today with success is the proper INVOLVEMENT of youths who form majority voters. To achieve this, local youth political activists and enthusiasts who are active in their communities rather than on social media in states across Nigeria should be convened and convinced. Once they buy the idea, the first hurdle will be out of way. Political spread is needed because no political movement that lack spread would win even seroius election in Nigeria. The only problem though is that most of these youth activists are already linked to some of the current politicians and may struggle to free themselves.
You talk like an experienced politician in Nigeria !

You sound like a political juggernaut!

No you are the one to get over your ego!

It was an election where only one person could win. If there was no possibility of the incumbent loosing, why stand for the election?

16yrs in opposition watching helplessly as their counterparts in Abuja grabbed all the mega loot while they were confined to the states that doesn't have enough to cater for all their greed, made APC believe they own Nigeria as soon as they grabbed power and could label a section of the country 5% because they didn't vote for them. If they expected everybody to vote for them, why campaign?

As a matter of fact, half of APC came from PDP, so what's your point really?
