Some of us were fortunate enough, to go to school, when it was almost free.

FUTO sch fees was #2,800 and my monthly allowance
from my old man was #5,000 when I joined year 2000 (check the allowance to school fee ratio to have an idea).
Before I left OBJ have wrecked havoc to the point that new intakes was paying as high as 100k^.
That is from #2,800 to above #100k in just 6years!! I wonder what they pay now.
Atiku and OBJ and all politicians was opening Private University left right and center to the detriment of public schools. ASU strike became the order of the day.
These hike in government school fees actually took a different turn from 1999^. Those who know what am talking about will bear me witness.
In fact, few of us knew what petrol, rice, etc etc was actually selling. Bread i think was #20 but if you want the good ones its #40-#50 then it jumped 80 to #100 by 2006.
I laugh when people think our problems started 2015; far far far from it!
Most of them critics know all this hard TRUTH, but are busy lying to themselves for self justification.

For two years with other expenses will be almost 250k.. Waste your money and time ontop poly.. U go still finish am Na for dem Companies to discriminate your cert.. Find better Small business to start and go to a uni.stupid country with stupid leaders... If you Know since when I Don dey search for job u go pity my condition...

My dear i finished from polytechnic (This same school to be precise) though later upgraded to B.Sc, saying a university third class student is better than me me sound so absorb and odd cause i don't know what you are using as a yardstick!
I know university student that are scrap too,
