If you buy any of those laptops, You would be frustrated and they wont serve the purpose that you need them for.

If you want to buy a new laptop that can handle this at least without issue be ready to budget over #100k


I'll advise you get a London used laptop if that's your budget, you will get at least core i5, 4gb ,500gb. HDD 4th gen laptop for that price.

Op don’t get any of those laptop if you plan on doing something serious, with that price you can get something way above expectations lv me a msg on WhatsApp and thank me later

If you don't have above 100k, you can't get a decent and new laptop for programming and Graphics full stop. With 100k or thereabouts you can land a fairly used one. Here are a few things to look out for in the kind of laptop you need ;
The RAM - Anywhere from 8gb to 16gb should do
Processor - You should be thinking of a core i5 upwards even though some late generation core i3 would still be useful.
Graphics Card : You'd need a laptop with dedicated graphics and depending on the nature of graphics you'd want to handle, you might need a laptop with Nvidia Graphics card.
Screen Resolution : You need a Full HD Display 1920 X 1020p. A good display could be the difference between your work making sense or being nonsense.
Screen Type : Touchscreens are now in vogue and brings a lot of ease to computing. You might require one even though it's for the most part a luxury.

I will suggest you save more and get at least an i3 processor-computer. If you need a laptop immediately a higher spec second hand unit is the better option.
