Lol. Paperworks is different from practicalworks my friend. I currently use an AMD CPU GPU combo which is a native dx12 card, not upgraded. I do CFD simulations so I know what I am saying.
Better than intel in performance yes, in cooling no. AMD shortcut is to force power saving performance till your system cools.

Plus in this clime, resell value for AMD is poor irrespective of tech advancement. I buy this now at that price, I am sure i would face the lash at upgrade point.

RTX 2060 is an entry level raytracer which is hardly paired with Intel processors of this same gaming grade. Consider that too.
