You just can't wait to get home after the day's activities, go home, tune in to that channel with a bowl of popcorn.

1. THEME SONG: This has a major role to play in most of the successful TV shows that have ever aired. GOT, Doctor who and SpongeBob have been popular their theme music

2. CHARISMA of the PROTAGONIST: The likes of Jack Bauer(24), Spartacus (Spartacus), Ragnar(Vikings) fall into this category I just

3. DREADEDNESS of the VILIAN: Be it the witty ones like Ivar(Vikings), Magneto (X-Men franchise), or the apparently invincible ones Night king(GOT), Sailar (Heroes).

4. STYLE of CINIMATOGRAPHY and CONTINUITY'S: Here my favourite is heroes, they display their plot back and forth, show each character's point of view. Breaking Bad has another good style where a brief picture of future episodes is painted on the introduction of each episode. Preacher has something similar to breaking Bad

5. SETTING of PLOT: Setting is the time or drain which the shows plot exists. I for one is a sucker for Medieval events.

6. PROFESSIONAL AFFINITY: How to get away with murder must win the hearts of those in the law profession. There are lots of medical dramas out there,but I was always enticed by the Maester's in GOT.

Has any one seen the latest episode of Treadstone.

The last week episode was beginning to look so cliché like other series.

This 'let's go and save him' syndrome for the protagonist when you haven't finished saving yourself.

The ending of last week episode was just so predictable.

Is there any reasonable thing in this week's, else make I just drop am.

IMO the first season was good but it got weird and gay from Season 2.
You'll definitely like the first season sha.

VIKINGS

There is something I want to say about the watchmen series.

There was something so profound in the latest episode that stuck with me.

In the episode, it is reiterated that in the particular timeline, usa invaded Vietnam with the help of dr Manhattan. Manhattan crushed a lot of vietnamese soldiers.

Fast forward to present day (in the memory), the vietnamese are now respecting and worshipping dr Manhattan with statues and figurines. Dr manhattan is now a national symbol in Vietnam. This is despite the fact that he was the killing machine of their colonial invaders who killed many of their soldiers in an unjust war.


This just reminds me of Nigerians and how we worship the British and the whites. We still wear wigs in court like old school british lawyers. We forget that they stole from us as our colonial masters.

Started this but I got bored. Years ago.

You have to read the books first to get the story. I felt thw story wasn't well explained in the show. Still a fair show.

But you'll lose interest fast cos theres no character development. People just appear without you knowing them.

I love something in the line of Designated Survivor/24/or even Lie To Me (learnt a lot from this series until it stopped)

Also, it'll be nice to have names of some comedy TV series.

I'm quite tired of downloading boring american series, can someone help with recommendations for series like Spartacus/Rome — something with blood and gore, bloody battles, mixture of nudity and spiced with reasonable story line.

HOUSE is still my best. Didn't like how his bestie Wilson had cancer though.... Wish it continued and House found out he was misdiagnosed or something. ��

Need series to watch something like Blacklist, Person of Interest.

Watching Pearson and I'm enjoying every bit of it though....I'd like to add more action to my collection.
