Osinbajo has always been respecting the rule of law,,we can see some examples when he was the acting president. This shows how he care for the citizens. It is a great sin to involve Osinbajo in the re-arrest of Sowore by the DSS

In as much as am against DSS arresting Sowore, I'm disappointed in Femi Falana for trying to drag Osinbajo, Keyamo, Fashola into this, When he understand the separation of power.

Let me remind you that As acting President, Prof. Osinbajo on 7 August 2018, Osinbajo fired the State Security Service boss, Lawal Daura for illegal invasion of National Assembly by armed and masked operatives of the department.
Don't mind that SW coward called Falana , he left Buhari who is the main source of the problem and started blaming Osinbanjo who we all know is like a cermonial outsider in this govt

So he can't advise Buhari to obey court others? Senior Advocate for that matter.

Shame on them
Don't forget he has been giving advices on this respect rule of law even before now, and as vice President, there is a limit to his power.

@ emboldened

I am disappointed in you for using the words you don't know the meaning of

We only have three powerful institution in Nigeria according to our constitution.

The Executive

The legislature

The judiciary

The Dss is under the Executive arm of government

Osibanjo, Fasola and Keyemo are part of the Executive.

If they don't support what the leader of the Executive arm of government is doing, they should resign from the Executive in protest if they still want to be relevant after this regime in their professional lives.

Otherwise their silence would be taken as subtle endorsement of the barbaric act.

So what separation of powers are you talking about again.

You have been so programmed to wail that you do not understand that your reactions have become a subtle endorsement of the Buhari you have hated for nearly five years.

Good luck

Osibanjo should resign to save face.
Re: Osinbajo Exonerated From DSS Re-arrest Of Sowore by LabDNA: 1:29pm On Dec 07, 2019
All these attempt to exonerate Osinbajo from the rot of the executive is fruitless. Osinbajo is part and parcel of the executive government that encourages the impunity of the DSS.

If he cannot condemn it, then he clearly supports it. If he feels his conscience and morality is worth more than the perks of office that he is enjoying, then he is worse than buhari and cannot be trusted with presidential responsibility.

He should have just resigned.
The attached is part of the US Navy Secretary's resignation letter (Richard Spencer).
When your boss is no more towing your line of thought, you quit!
