Use a 3rd party tracking app. Some shipping methods are not available for tracking on AliExpress app till after some days. Try 17track, trackitonline or track24. It might be that it hasn't been picked up too.

I checked it but it says tracking number can't be found

Good morning all, I ordered for a device on the 29th of October. The last tracking info was on the 5th of November and since then I haven't gotten any update on it. My tracking number ends with "SG". What do you all suggest I do?

I have a problem with an item i just purchased on Aliexpress, I did confirm the order, but the 15 day protection period is still running. I complained to the seller via message , and the seller replied, that i should send a video, now the problem i am having is that the size of my 1min video showing the problems is 49 mb, off course it's taking forever to upload , anybody know how i can trim this video easily

it seems China post registred air mail is slow compared to singapore. i used it as ashipping method obliviously aaaaaaaaaand i am already regretting it... since 28th November they have not despatched the item to Nigeria

hope isn't an expensive phone because when it gets to customs they will value it and hammer you with Duty paid value.. whenever the post office call yu to come pick up your item they will write customs omn it with the amount to be paid.. you might still be lucky

Yeah its slow. That's why is usually cheaper.

lol. if na true, i no follow then.

From now henceforth, I will never use China post ordinary small packet as my shipping method. I have never receive any package sent via it, I have had 5 unsuccessful shipping with them, although refund is guaranteed but it is disappointing to wait over two months without receiving your item.
