Maintainance is more to the users using the Facility than the government. Most Nigerian citizens abuse infrastructures and want the government to fix things for them.

There rail tracks that are yet to be commissioned are already vandalized by Nigerians, yet they'll scream government.

Don't be surprised holes will be poked into those leather chairs by students, because it has happened before, and those student will still scream government maintenance.

Our school library toilet those years was turned to a dump site less than one week after opening up the facility

for once, I may have to applaud a Nigerian government building in terms of landscaping and aesthetics. I don't know why we neglect bricks in building construction, especially in universities.

If you come to UK and other parts of Europe and US, you see red bricks buildings in Universities, looking aesthetically appealing.

The contractor did a nice job with the outside environment. Landscaping and green grass areas are a fundamental part of buildings, especially university buildings, where students could be outdoor on the lush green grass land, reading their books as it is done abroad.
