Hi Gazzuzz,

I just did a Bluetooth OBD scan and found attached error:

"ignition coil A primary/secondary malfunction"

B, C and D inclusive.

Could this be caused by a vacuum leak or spark plugs?

Good day everyone. Please I would like to ask if a bad engine mount/seating can cause a car to vibrate/shaken or make it uncomfortable to drive when on high speeds?

Before this issue occurred, did u by any chance; 1)enter a pothole on high speed,2)hit a curb 3)had an impact with an object on high speed. Cos a bent rim could cause vibrations at certain speed, and becomes more noticeable as u go faster.

Good day gurus in the house. Please I need advice, my battery seems to be discharging when parked overnight. I have been to different re-wires, I just end up spending money and the problem keep re-occurring. One of them even recoiled the alternator, the problem still persists. I have ended using 2 batteries in a year. Please does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this? I use an 05 Nissan Pathfinder.
Thanks in advance.

Try switching tire position, replace the two front tires with those at the rear. Test drive at 70-80km/hr and check if there's an improvement.

Probably a parasitic drain within ur electrical system. Any electrical repair history prior to this issue?? U would need a technician to diagnose the source of drain or in the interim remove the negative terminal before going to bed grin

I'm currently using 195/65/15

Good morning experts.

Took delivery of a locally used Lexus ES 330 last week. I did the servicing but when the mechanic wanged to change the oil i told him to used the recommended (5w-3w if im not wrong) but he said that since it was no more tokunbo that wont be ok, so he used 20w-1w(i hope im right).

I feel concerned each time i see comments about using the recommended oil. So i want to ask: should i change the oil immediately (like today or tomorrow) or wait till later?

Thank you in anticipation of your response.

the 3MZ is a sturdy Engine. if the previous owner had used 20w50 and changed judiciously at at when due there may be no sludge in the Engine so you can use 5w30 synthetic.

But if the Engine has sludge due to wrong oil usage and you use synthetic which has bleach in it, the bleach would wash sludge to the down to the valves, which would cause

1. oil shortage

2. smoking engine

3. starvation of Engine lubrication which would lead to Engine knock
