Truth be told, there is a reason why they say that water is UNIVERSAL SOLVENT... you can use water to wash your cloth but you cant use tissue to wash your cloth... with water, you are 100% sure that you are washing off every left over faeces remaining but with tissue, it will seems you have cleaned up well but when small heat touch your anus, it will start smelling..... apart from that, the one that use water will never have a dirty line in their boxers compared to the one that use tissue
