The Nigeria Police Public Relations Department in its bid to inform and sensitize the public has come out to list ways to have a safe trip, especially for the travellers.

- Avoid night journey
- Avoid over-speeding
- Be on your seat belt while driving
- Avoid overloading
- Avoid stopping on lonely roads
- Avoid taking or giving free rides to passengers
- Don’t drink and drive.

Life they say is precious and it’s only when one is alive that he can celebrate Christmas and the New Year. Drive responsibly and please be safe.
