tracking depending on the shipping services you use. Not every shipping is trackable. Download track24 and 17track you are good to go.

yeah just saying. I could remember when i bought some items from amazon customs charges were cleared by the platform. This is the major reason you can't buy battery from AliExpress otherwise though agents.

Amazon's settles customs on your behalf and even refund you if the money they estimated was less. I was once refunded 5k by amazon. But most customs and import deposits on amazon cost pass the item itself. So you can't compare.

Did you also get any email evidence from aliexpress?

I finally lodged a complaint at my bank. I was told it could take up to 45 days before I could get a refund being it an international transaction. I never got any further email from aliexpress.

It was a favour kinda. You can either wait more days for the receipt of the order or you claim a refund.

Once you're called, inform them that you'll be sending a proxy for collection. Usually your proxy will need his ID and yours + an instruction from you to give your package to your proxy. Some PO accepts just an SMS in lieu of written instruction.
