the Bible said after creation, Go d said all is good. that means human nature is good.,hence human naturally thrives towards kindness, peace ,compassion. then we can consider ethics as something, internal,within each of us evil came from Satan, an external source.this makes us dis obedient, famous, wicked, violent, aggressive, competitive. since then, man need to look outside for moral codes. .we now need to look outside us to an external being for guides to eradicate these destructive human tendency. initially, there would have been no need for religion, sin, ten commandment ,etc. SIN BROUGHT RELIGION |

chiommy123:Since you said god really created us good and you used babies as examples. Using your own logic, god also created cuckoos, and looking at their offspring tends to kill other birds babies. So I don’t see how any god created us good in the first place |

tobechi20:SO ADAM AND EVE, THE FIRST SINNERS BROUGHT RELIGION? REMEMBER THE FLOOD HAPPENED BECAUSE OF SIN, AND THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ANY RELIGIOUS RELATED ASSOCIATIONS IN THAT TIME, IN THE BIBLE. I THINK THE KINGS AND WISE MEN OF OLD, WHO WERE IN POWER, WHO SOUGHT FOR MORE WAYS TO KEEP OTHER HUMANS UNDER CONTROL FOUNDED MOST RELIGIOUS IDEAS. AND HUMANS BEING SO GULLIBLE READILY ACCEPTED THESE IDEAS BECAUSE IT MADE SENSE TO THEIR DULL, ANCIENT BRAINS. TODAY, EVEN WITH ALL OUR DEVELOPMENT AS HUMANS, OUR RELIGIOUS LEADERS STILL ESTABLISH MORE RELIGIOUS AND SUPERSTITIOUS IDEAS TO KEEP THE HUMAN SHEEP UNDER THEIR CONTROL.. BECAUSE RELIGION IS THE MOST PROFITABLE BUSINESS IN THE WORLD. OUR PRIESTS AND PASTORS, IMANS AND ALL OF THEM MAKE A LOT OF MONEY FROM FEEDING US DIFFERENT STUPID IDEAS AND CONCEPTS OF DIFFERENT ALIEN GODS.. THEY EVEN CLAIM TO COMMUNICATE WITH THESE GODS, AND PROVIDE US THE INFORMATION THEY RECEIVE FROM THEM ON OUR BEHALVES.
