If you want to know the answer to this thought provoking question just go back and STUDY the account of Genesis regarding Abraham!

The Bible gave specific names, dates and venues surrounding each event, Abraham migrated from "Ur" (Asia), He is legally married to Sarah, they both lived for decades without a child, Sarah gave her slave girl to Abraham in order to have a child through the slave girl, the first child is Ishmael, later Sarah also got pregnant and bear Isaac, she asked Abraham to send away the slave girl with her child and Abraham did so.

God confirmed that mankind will be PARDONED through the lineage of Abraham, Abraham thought since Ishmael was the first child God's promise will be fulfilled through the boy, God told Abraham "NO" the promise will be fulfilled through Isaac (Sarah's son), to confirm this God made sure that the lineage was preserved till Jesus (Christ ~Greek) (Messiah ~Hebrew) (Al'misiu~Qur'an) was born!

For your information, the Qur'an referred to Jesus as "Al'misiu" meaning "SAVIOUR" but because the Arabs don't want the credulous adherents of their religion to know the TRUTH, the refused to translate that word "AL' MISIU" to English whenever they're translating the Qur'an to English. Every other words in the Qur'an they translated to English except this vital text because if translated, readers will raise thought provoking questions on why Jesus is referred to as the "SAVIOUR".

There is no valid document where Ishmael's lineage could be traced to prove that God chose this child's lineage, and moreover all the prophets ever recorded in both Bible and Qur'an came through the lineage of Isaac!

There was NO renoun prophet through the lineage of Ishmael, even Muhammad whose name the Arabs are trying to snick into the group of God's prophets had nothing in common with the ancient prophets, he never performed a single sign while the Qur'an itself confirmed that God did lots of wonders in connection with prophets that came through Isaac!

There was nothing new that Muhammad preached and his people with whom he waged war were perpetual pagans from time immemorial, God never asked any prophet to wage war with any nation because they refused to accept God's word since such people had nothing to do with God's laws that neither them nor their ancestors knew!

Muhammad only polished Catholicism and fabricated false ideas to make his people who knew nothing about God's word agree that he was sent by God, everything in Catholicism was copied and pasted in Islam except one single thing! The "TRINITY" Muhammad can't include this because it will make him inferior to Jesus whom the TRINITY ideology called the second person in the Godhead!

Apart from the TRINITY, there is no single difference between Catholicism and the fabrication of Muhammad called "Islam"!

Its not about the religion but the individual.

The purpose of religion or believes is to give the individual the sense of peace that comes with being able to understand to a good extent, your world and your purpose in the world.
Religion and believes gives one a sense of purpose. You know whether to live for God, for Allah or for yourself and having a sense of purpose brings peace.

I choose to believe in God because I would rather understand the world and my purpose on Earth based on the Christian faith.
My belief gives me peace and I'm sure whatever you believe in gives you peace too.

Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Atheism,...whatever gives you peace is your true religion.
