Which poltergeist are you referring to? I hope it's not the new one. And horror movies don't necessarily suppose to scare one. They are meant to mess with your emotions and make you feel very uncomfortable. Hereditary when I watched it didn't scare me. Same with don't breathe and many other others. And I ALWAYS enjoy viewing them at night. And again, I have seen hereditary twice.

On a side note, make sure you see dead silence. To enjoy it better try to watch it at night.

Yes i do. The movie that really upset me to that point was A QUIET PLACE. HEREDITARY was silly too. Have you seen A QUIET PLACE?

The conjuring series you mentioned has The Nun and Anabelle Comes Home already part of the series.
I found Ready or Not to be comedy. Laughed all through!
Have you seen Mirrors 2?
The Last exorcism is it part of The Excorcist? That and the 2 nollywood films are the only ones on your list I am yet to see. Great list btw!

Insidious lost it after the first movie. 2&3 are somewhat forced.

Strange...It didn't upset me at all. Though it did make me think about possibilities of such a thing happening.
Hereditary upset me greatly, I won't lie.

Back then we had better horror movies like van Hellsing ,underworld(not 2017),saw 1-4, hostel,species,evil dead,human centipede,Chucky 1-3
Nowadays they are just feeding us with trash horror movies, asides conjuring,nun and leatherface others are thrash..
I watched one yesterday called escape room.
directors are out of ideas men.
