Infact the honorable justice erred in that pronouncement. INEC may decide to issue the CoR within the last minutes of the 48 hours thereby, invalidating the time given for the swearing-in.

Rubbish, what kind of back door entrance to the Senate is this? Even If he submitted a forged neco result, the supreme Court has ruled, that it is not a requisite that you pass either wasc, neco, or any other high School leaving certificate to become a Senator, Governor or the president, the Appeal Court will do the needful and reject the decision.
