It seems Singapore post is having a problem lately, I have a package with them that shows dispatch to overseas since 2nd of this month no update again.

Mine was dispatched 4th Nov and left country of origin on the 7th of Nov since then no update. Just waiting for 29th to get my refund, I no want the phone again.

I have the same issue. I ordered a 10.1 inch tab since 20th October through Singapore post. It was dispatched from Singapore on 30th of October and no single update till date. I chatted the seller and he clearly told me to wait till 20th December to open a dispute. This is really not funny anymore. Are they actually shipping these phones/tab? Is custom blocking the orders?
So many questions on my mind

My order says shipment at local distribution center since 9th of December. I waited for a text or call from nipost people nothing. I went there last week it was not there. Called them today, they didn't sere any parcel with my name. What could be the problem?

Should it be it is in my post office. I was actually sent a msg on the 13th of December but when I got there on the 15th I was given other item which I was also expecting. When I tracked it I saw this.

Yeah I did receive my phone on the 5th just 15days in transit,I'm even expecting another order I did on 10th of December it Should arrive prolly next week

I did order 15th of November seller shipped after 5 days I picked up at post office 5th of December

Once you're called, inform them that you'll be sending a proxy for collection. Usually your proxy will need his ID and yours + an instruction from you to give your package to your proxy. Some PO accepts just an SMS in lieu of written instruction.
