was in my kitchen today and made a blended discovery after confusing from which of them to prepare. how it was made？ mixed semo and whole wheat powder togather 50/50％ or 40/60 ％ just any of your choice, ensure the mix is acurately blended. now prepare the same way you prepare semo and wheat.
