He should be giving paracetamol and if he still feels sick then he should be giving some local herbs or agbo which obviously will get him the speediest recovery he needs in other to serve out his 12 year prison term which is now his new constituency and he can continue as the chief whip of whichever prison he is at the moment.

On what sufficient grounds? You fail to understand that he has been convicted so therefore the burden of proof have shifted from the prosecution to defence and this is in addition to the fact that he has a lengthy conviction.

Technically Kalu has served out his jail term having been on trial since 2007 that's 12yrs.

I expect this to include in his grounds of Appeal.

Again I agree on the burden of proof but under the Evidence Act as Amended he has right to bail pending Appeal if he provides sufficient evidences that's medical reports.

I maintain only the judge can decide on this
