Bureaucratic bottleneck alone can prolong a six month project to four years. I currently work on a project, to bring in goods that have berth at port since August has become an herculean task. You can't understand why it takes ages to clear goods at our port... Quite sad frustrating... Sometimes I feel our case is beyond redemption..
