Getting a refund doesn't stopped you from getting your order later. The onus is on the buyer to either refund to the seller or see it as "gift"

Yea just as Jboixx said. I already received refund and didn't stop the item from reaching me. So now it arrived. I'll have to pay for the item. So the seller can be happy too. Its free shipping wahala that delayed arrival. They kept returning/re-shipping the item till it finally arrived

CPRAM is shitty! Avoid it if you can next time. That info might be wrong sef...use track24dotnet and see how your item has been exploring China

I believe most shoppers would prefer AES during sales promotions, thus, delays are inevitable. If you noticed, AES uses other shipping coys more during sales instead of the usual Singapore Post to reduce the pressure on SG. Don't forget, SG as a courier still there o.

So, it's normal.
