According to the TheGuardian https://guardian.ng/news/orji-uzor-kalu-gets-12-years-imprisonment/ Former governor of Abia state, reportedly defrauded Abia State government during his reign as the governor of the state and he was charged, convicted and sentenced to 12 years imprisonment.

According to the Federal high court order in Lagos, "All the assets of Slok Nigeria Limited which is owned by former Gov. Orji Uzo Kalu is to be forfeited to the Federal Government"

The question now is;
Should this FORFEITED assets go to Abia State Government where he was the governor for eight ( good years or the Federal Government?

Government Magic, the Appeal Court will over rule the Federal High Court, Oga you can go, it was a case of wrong identity. Yes he is on a short hiatus to reflect on his life on the fast lane, Kalu has learnt, never underestimate the enemy.

Nigeria seize what? You must be dreaming, right now they are looking for 3 judges from the Appeals Court that are about to retire, that they will pass the case to, 2 billion naira for a favorable judgment for retirement, take it or leave it, Kanu will do the maths and make the right choice.

This is how you know Olodos, please name one case in which the money forfeited was given to the State Government? Even private citizen cases the money is forfeited to the Federal Government, go and change the Constitution,before children like you start blaming President Buhari.

But slok is in operation before 1999.

My question is what is the worth of work the company and the amount embezzled?? This things should be managed properly to avoid unnecessary loss of job

This is why it is important for states to localise EFCC laws just as Kano state did .. so that they can have local laws to fight corruption
