If Arsenal of Arteta continue to lose games, but just end this frustration of playing from the back, i wont mind at all
Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by daveP(m): 1:46am On Dec 21, 2019
Arsenal needs to end this crappy technicalities of using Europa to get back to UCL. Let the 4th position be the target. What a downgrade.

Goodbye Ozil. Can he play under his teammate? No.

Cant imagine Arsenal passed Chukwueze that was less than a million dollars years back. Urrgggghhh. Now he's 80mill and Chelsea wana buy. That 80mill wouldave been Arsenal's.

Arsenal scouts gats level up.

In the last decade Arsenal is ranked 1 by far, for missing out on cheap youngsters that eventually became great in strides and value.

They should bury that old app they use to evaluate. That same app picked sanogo over Alli. Urggghhhh.

He learned playing from the back under Pep, Holding and luiz are good at it..

Sadly the fans will vent anger on him of he goes on a bad result, it high time fans realised the players are the biggest problem atm.

The truth is Arteta will use at least a year and half before the board will want to do anything. I hope the English fans will be patience enough and support him cos I do t see the miracle he will perform on these slowpokes

Most Arsenal fans worldwide are not going to be patient to anyone, it is either instant success or signs of massive improvement.
Unfortunately for him, Arsenal isn't that proactive nor ruthless, so Arterta will have to taste the sweetness of Xhaka,Ozil and co.

Why are u asking me to look away.

Is the line up not a blend of experienced and youth as I’ve postulated? Is Guen not safely seated to the bench as I’ve opined?

No this is exactly what we meant by youths starting cos the last time I remember we don't so much younsters up to 11 in the team to form a line up

Quick question guys: since wengay left, our managers were referred to as 'head coach'.
Does that mean they only coach and doesn't have a say in transfer market?
I just remembered Emery said he wanted zaha instead of Pepe. Why refer to them as head coach when other EPL clubs uses the tag 'manager'

Head coach implies that the person that occupies the position focuses more on preparing the team during training, tactics and lead the team during games. He has little input in the day to day running of the footballing side of the club, this includes transfer, style of play/systems etc. The aforementioned duties are handled by a director of football/sporting director and other similarly named roles.

Exactly. Head coach doesn't have final say on transfer business.

More like saying anyone can be a head coach, well that's not good enough.

Xhaka is avoiding the ball which is affecting the transition from midfield to attack.

It's the reason why no top manager is willing to take the Job.
Arsenal will not like you demand Zaha, partey and Maguire, its against their philosophy.

This is very wrong!

Most coaches in Spain, Germany and Italy are head coaches. Zidane is a head coach, same for Mou at Spurs and Valverde at Barcelona.

The era of managers demanding for players is far gone. They usually discuss with the head of recruitment/director of football positions they will like to improve and together they determine traits they should be looking at. In some cases the director of football can target specific players but he has to discuss it with the board and manager.

And when they discuss it with the directors at Arsenal, what has been the response of the board and managers?

A tale of two teams in transition. A scrappy game thus far but I definitely love the effort and discipline.

No top coach is interested in Arsenal's job, to take this team to top, half of this team should be cleared, and bring in quality players..

The coach will demand a player or kind of player, but will the people at the top respond well?
Yes they will respond with litchtener,Luiz and Sokratis..Swap deals of deadwoods, young prospects and 1 big ( pepe like )signing.

Do you see Allegri,Simeone surviving this kind of environment?

dude just thinks things in his head and presents them as facts. He can’t differentiate between speculation, assumptions and facts.

His posts are usually a description of his emotional state.
