Was told that a replacement took place sometime this year but was halted due to minimum wage implementation before they are called.

Agent start his bike and I entered with him to see the house, as we got to a particular neigbour hood where zink and plank were use to build majority of the houses I said to my self "i think we still av distance to go before getting to the said neigbour hood the agent is talking about" to my greatest surprise the agent stop his bike and said Oga we don reach, I looked at him and I remain mute.

The compund was something else, general toliet and bathroom.
The agent opened the door, the handle fell off I nod my head and smile.. as we entered the room I couldn't breath I don't know if the formal tenant that left the house was a mad person, the whole wall paint was pilled, every where was smelling, no net in the window.

Maybe he should just resign and start allover thats when you will understand that its a thing of joy to have a job and get paid every month no matter how small.NOA did silent replacement since this year and in a particular state only 5people picked and these candidates are from Presidency and till now they are yet to resume. Dont under rate any job with time he will grow in it.Let him cut cost and invest. Salary can never be enough.
There are lots of agencies doing nothing and they get paid NOA is not an exception.
If its so easy he should have crossed now.

i undertand the situation..i was invited by the member so i went to him we went to same univesity outside nijia so i was with him for 2 weeks ,i went with 2 cv for family members ...so i p.a brough names like 12 plus cover letter to one agency that requested and offer where sent to him in 5 days ...he told me his is best empowerment strategy ...he even hustle jobs from other member especially from the east (who says they dont have people )...so of this agency are located in far north so a sourhern man might not work here like the arabic village in lake chad

I have stayed in far North before, I don't mind at all, provided I am safe.

Anyways for those sending Pms, I talked with Madam and she said when recruitment is going on probably next year, she'll pick a selected few or so just like she did for me and a guy here, she's really here seeing people's cry for help, she explained that she can't do anything now because recruitment is almost rounded up which I can testify to.

Someone said the house member is 38 and in another post said maybe 37. That should tell you the guy is a fraud looking for attention and means to defraud unsuspecting innocent and desperate job seekers.

Anyone telling you his/her oga/madam is dashing out some slots on nairaland is a scammer in disguise. When you visit any agency or parastatal you will all agree with me that it is all full with loads of awaiting CVs for job or job replacement . Even most directors children are also not excluded. Parm Secs too are crying for help. Most job slots now are directly from the presidency especially if it has to do with juicy agencies likes of cbn, firs, ncc and co. Shine your eyes please.

I have this believe that with the new minimum wage it will go up a little and gradually he will grow in it.Millions are out there looking for that job, since this trend started i believe you have mot seen anything relating to NOA here,that goes to tell you that despite there redundancy there recruitment or replacement isnt too open to the public. And yo me no FG job is small nowadays, as small as people will think yet not everybody can get it.No job goes out without the Presidency fully aware of it. Let him be thankful and move on.
