Hello house, good morning please I need your good advice on this matter. I have been applying for jobs for a long time now.

Recently I got two appointment letters from different organizations. One is for government job and the other is a one man business (private job).

Here the issue is the government job we were ask that we are to under gone 12 month intensive training of which text and exams will be set during the training and if possibly some one failed they will ask the person to withdraw and go home and I really want this government job.

Don't wanna lose two jobs ooo.

I think you should go for government job because it gives you chance and opportunity to explore other things in life. You can start the other work and still be sacked in few months.

Go for the Federal job.
There is really nothing so hard about the examinations.
Government jobs have job securities unlike a private/one man business.

At the end of it all, you will be the one to make the final decision.

One man jobs can be horrible sometimes and aswell more promising than a govt job...

You didn't give more points for the Govt job, because if it was that juicy, you wont be comparing them as that gives you a defined career and security except if its contract or state Government.

With one man job, you are very close to the hierarchy of things, money exchange, negotiation etc. you represent the coy in major outings even if you are just a few months on the job, it gives you all round knowledge of every department, you basically learn everything in a short while, which improves you greatly, my last one man job actually made me an entrepreneur today, and by his grace we dont owe salaries. not talking of sales job.

Take the government job bro, you'll do less and earn more.

you can go to work 11 am and return 2pm and your salary will be paid in full.
You'll have time to start side hustle

One man job might collapsed and fold up before the Daura guy retired.

I suggest u go for the government job.
if a government job can require such intensive training and seriousness, then the office must be an important one (big salary & govt will always pay) and there will be more trainings (more money & experience) & a higher degree of job security compared to the other "one man" job.
Govt job can give u some freedom to do other things you would like to do too but i doubt u will get such space when hooked to the other job where you can be sacked for the most baseless reason.

Let me tell u a secret.
1. Even if u fail the test, Govt will pay you for your 12 months.
2. Govt will set the test according to your training.

3. As a sharp serious man you can not stay in a govt organisation for 12 months and not be accepted. or do you plan to go there and not pay attention to the training?

4. Try to know "those that matters" during ur training. if u like go there and follow NYASH that matters.

What government establishment is that?? 12months training before recruitment? Are you sure it's not a government affiliated organization where they hope the government would partner with them when they're eventually done with their recruitment?

Take the Government job offer and study like never before, it's doable.
