The new minimum was added to the December salary of workers..

The payment which started December 21st has all the necessary additions as was calculated..

Although the workers got new additions as due them, the arrears which is said to run from April when the wage was singed into law was not included..
The question now is when is government going to pay up the arrears.. Or have they ruled it out..

The federal university workers has been paid December salary since yesterday but with old scale. Minimum wage still dey dodge.
