IgbereTV reports that the wife of Imo State Governor, Lady Ebere Ihedioha has handed over a completely furnished two bedroom bungalow with a generator to power it through her Cordelia Benson Foundation to Mrs Christian Nwokorobi.

Mrs Christian Nwokorobi has been widowed for 18yrs and has three children, two girls and a boy who is medically challenged. They lived in their mud house until late last year when it almost collapsed on them.

This gesture by the Imo State First Lady is part of the Widows Smile Project and also part of her Christmas giving program.

Nice building architecture, this should be encouraged for below average income, aspiring home owners. any idea of the building cost?

Based on experience roughly 3-4.5 million, i can see the stone roofing, which is why the price has gone up to that amount. ( Nigerian have started to use this sort of roofing even though its the most expensive on the market, no more roofing sheets, you know how nigerians are now, any where belle face, nigerian will face there.)

If you tell us that 100 units of low cost housing has been built for the less privileged, I can understand. But to single out an individual at this stage of the administration is uncalled for
