I also like these small, low-cost bungalows... I wonder if Spyder880 has been contracted to work on any of them. If not, I pray in 2020, that one state government will just say: "Spyder, please build 500 of these units for us." Amen.

It's probably gift/bribes but not public funds (as wife to the governor, she cannot sign money).

Buhari's wife use to faithfully donate 2 million naira monthly to IDP long before she became First Lady. (This is why her husband was pretending to have taken loan to buy his nomination form).
