I bought a Nissan Primera 2005 model as direct Belgium car. The car was working perfectly okay until one day after driving to work, on closing hour I put the car or reverse and instead it started moving forever. I have since contacted two mechanics that serviced the gear and i have both two 4litres of transmission gear oil and its gauge and the problem won’t stop instead the car refused to start once . Please can anyone link me with a Nissan Mechanic in Abuja Nigeria .

Very little to go on from your description. Do you have the CVT or conventional auto transmission? What transmission fluid did you use? Is the check engine light on? For the moment, I can only suggest you check the control cable and the Park/Neutral/Position switch for proper adjustment. All on the transmission assembly.

I will advice you to get another gear box.

I used the Visco 2000 transmission Oil and also the check light is on. And also it's a CVT transmission and the car has refused starting. It just jerks and off and the gear oil is gauge.

Scary! That transmission oil if it exists is not for your car. Then it would be necessary to scan the car to see what's causing the checking engine light. Before you rush off to more mechanics it's important that you know about your car. Is it a 2.0l engine or lower? Could you post the VIN? If you can't you may send it to the number in my signature. Visco 2,000 for the place of cvt?

Anyways find a mechanical specialist to help you figure out why the car is not starting, bt as for the transmission you have used a total non compatible transmission Oil, you need to do a total flush on the transmission and get the exact manufacturer recommended transmission oil.
