You people clearly don't understand this...

For those asking why '19 wasn't manipulated to 1999, that's a fuckin' many years difference. But for '20, anybody could easily modify it to 2019, 2018, 2021 and the rest, because they're quite close to 2020.

Inasmuch as it appears less sensible, it's quite one of the best advice I've had this year!

What about when you write: 31/01/19 depicting 31/01/2019. Can't someone change the former to 31/01/1997? Or any other year that suits the person.

If your hypothesis of 2020 alone stands, then you have to immediately retrieve all your documents that you abbreviated the years because same theory is applicable to all.

Therefore, as sweet as it sounds, your hypothesis holds no water!
