Please i need help on the UI Verification procedure. The PG claimed to have sent Verification Mail to WES severally but WES has constantly denied receiving any mail from them. This has persisted for over a month. Abeg make una help a broda in need.  :' |

nikkysmalls:There is no fee attached to Verification. It's free of charge. You may however wish to visit the Verification Room at PG or better still seek the help of any lecturer you know to speed up the verification process. 1 Like |

Thanks so much for the clarification. I got confused when I received a mail from wes saying UI requires a fee for verification and I should pay to the school. |

@toniapat please I need your help with how to go about the process. On WES website, they wrote that UI students must submit the Academic request form. Did you submit that? I want to know if it's something I can sort online without going down to UI pg school. Thanks in advance for your response. |

iRoyal1: sorry for the late response you have to go to UI submit the request form along with request for transcript form (5k) generated from ui website, photocopy of your notification of result or cert. the courier lady (busola) will help you process it and get back to you. she got back to me within 3 day and I made transfer to her for courier 9k. she sent my trackig number to me that same day. my credentials got Canada within one week. Those guys in the computer room makes the whole process fast and easy 3 Likes 3 Shares |

Please I need help and guidance. WES sent a verification mail to university of Ibadan for my Msc evaluation twice now and they keep telling me at the records office that they didn't receive any mail. Wes however confirmed to me that it has been sent and delivered. I am tired of the back and forth. Any suggestions? |

note that MBA is a professional course . with the MBA , you cant proceed to further more in your academic pursuit but you can still continue with youe MSC. You can eveluate MBA and make use of MSC Damask: |

Verification of Results and Certified True Copy of Certificate: What’s the Difference, Their Uses, and How Do they Get Processed in OAU and UI? Let me make this clear in one sentence that verification of results is not the same as certified true copy of certificate, and they do not do the same thing when it comes to seeking employment, admission or scholarship; while verification of results means that an institution has sent your academic transcripts to your school you got the qualification from, asking your school to verify that your transcripts were indeed sent by them, and that your results in the transcripts are correct, a certified true copy of your certificate would mean that an institution or a body is asking your school to confirm the genuineness of your certificate. Using the standard and modus operandi of OAU and UI, Verification of results is initiated by your requesting institution by sending a request for verification to your school, you pay some money to your school, do some leg works (or have someone do these for you), and your school replies to the request by verifying that your transcripts are genuine and the results in them are correct. Using the standard and modus operandi of OAU and UI, a certified true copy of your certificate is produced by your school’s Exams and Records stamping and signing a coloured copy of your certificate and sending it to the requesting body; this would mean to the requesting body that your school has confirmed to them that your certificate is genuine.
