kokaneprodigy:Shut up your dirty mouth you silly skunk. Very soon the real fans will come after you because of the negative energy you bring. Always condemning people, people doing things half of which in your life's dream you will never achieve. That's how AFTv condemned Xhaka until he reacted badly. Now the real fans are coming after plastics like you and silly Robbie. A kid is trying his best to cover up our weakness, yet all you see is negativity. Get out of our club skunk! |

Do you know why Nelson is benching Pepe? Passion. Sometimes talent is not what a manager wants, some just need the passion. |

| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Spy360(m): 9:09am On Dec 28, 2019 |
Jodera:Authentic reports say he has an agreement with Hertha Berlin. But I think he would wish to stay with Arteta now in charge. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Jodera: 9:23am On Dec 28, 2019 |
Spy360:Yes I read that too. That's why I believe he won't be in arsenal for long, but I believe he'll be here January. Arsenal can't afford to lose him January when he's not in his last year of his contract and with all the injury crisis we have. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Spy360(m): 10:05am On Dec 28, 2019 |
Jodera:His leaving was instigated by the problems with the fans. But since he got back things seem to have become normal apart from his captainship. I think Arteta is making serious moves to reconcile the team. That's what I was saying about fans bringing negative energy and damaging remarks. A lot of people blame AFtv for the Xhaka issue. They singled him out for criticism which affected his game and relationship with fans. He reacted immaturely and here we are. He most likely will leave in January unless Arteta blocks the move. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Nobody: 10:14am On Dec 28, 2019 |
Spy360:Emery should be blamed for Xhaka’s issue. You’ll never find me singling him out cos things could have been better if he wasn’t partnered with his love child week in week out. AFTV and a lot of fans here scapegoated him, you inclusive. |

| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Jodera: 11:43am On Dec 28, 2019 |
Spy360:it's the last reason I believe Arteta will block the move, cos he says he likes him. I don't see arsenal granting that, till maybe summer. Even real Madrid fans have booed Ronaldo before (a whole Ronaldo o), so he should know fans are fickle. Let him put in great displays and everyone will forget he's ever booed. Not siding the fans here, but I feel he should just respect his contract, put in great displays, and those same fans booing him will be the one chanting his name. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Roland17(m): 3:05pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
Spy360:Arteta will most certainly block that Hertha Berlin move and that includes any possible move for Ozil. They may both leave in the summer but I doubt he would allow them leave in January. I personally doubt we would have a big budget for transfers considering how much we spent in the summer. It would be interesting to see what they give Arteta, more importantly, if he is in charge of identifying the players he wants. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Spy360(m): 5:45pm On Dec 28, 2019 |
kokaneprodigy:I think Emery created division in the squad (or couldn't prevent it) having his favorites and neglecting others or playing them in unfamiliar roles. I feel, there were cliques in the squad, so he opted for the choice of having multiple captains which led to the decision of players choosing their own leaders. I may hold a player responsible for his poor performance, but it ends after that match. AFtv and you will condemn a player even back to when he was born. Like the Guendouzi issue, he didn't play against Bournemouth yet una carry him matter like Patience Jonathan ugelle for head. If he plays tomorrow and performs badly, it will lead to fans aggression towards him. Exactly what happened to Xhaka. |

I've been busy with Detty December, didn't see the last two matches in full and would probably not see today's, abeg how us the team looking like under Arteta? I also read Hertha is bedding 35m for Xhaka and we are holding out demanding 40m. If they get a replacement I think they should sell ó. The guy's issue with the fans is enough reason for him to just go. He's looking like someone tired of the demands in England. |

BlueRayDick:for a club to place a bid that high for a so called useless player speaks volume. I want to believe Arteta has a plan on how to utilise him. Emery had a problem with fitting players in the right setup which made us believe all our players are bad. |

| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Nobody: 10:30am On Dec 29, 2019 |
Akinbahm:I’m not saying we must keep Xhaka but his flaws weren’t this obvious under Wenger and now under Arteta compared with Emery. If Arteta can make him better there’s no harm in keeping him. We can look at strengthening the defence then. |
