Guys, we don't need to fight here at all. Every fact is on the website of DMO. In december 2014, our debt was 9.7billion USD. As at June 30 2019, we are already at 27.1billion USD. Have we made progress or not? Before you insult anyone, get your facts. Whether Baba miss figures or not, our debt increased drastically under this regime. We borrow for a living and it's painful when all these guys (PDP/APC) squander these borrowed monies on frivolities. It only reminds me of that book; "There was a Country" It is time unite against the common foe-"politicians".

Obasanjo got the figures wrong. Our external debt today is no where near the $81.2bn that he quoted. It is around $22bn. I actually suspect he knows the truth but he is playing to the gallery for those dummies who can't read nor reason.

I think we should go to sleep till our external debt is $81.2bn.

Be it external or local both debts are over $81 Billion so what is the issue? We should ask what the difference in debt has be used for not asking stupid questions or making baseless references.

As much as I won't say much yes obj cancelled the debt but he also gave out false information just to cause panic, more over obasanjo is as selfish as another politician and he's still one of the people that messes these country up, also point of correction Nigeria airway died many years ago as nothing to do with these administration. There is a big difference between external debts and our total debt profile which consists of both external and local debts for the FG, States and the FCT.

What is the impact of the debt accrued both externally and domestically.?
